Navigating Cultural Adventure Together

Do these describe you?

" I am raising bicultural children and struggling to find common ground with my partner? I need help."

"I got a job in a Global team, but how can I understand colleagues in a different work culture?"

"I need a mock interview with a real person who can provide me with honest feedback and practical advice."

"English is not my mother tongue, but I have a job interview in English. I need some tips to calm my nerves."

"My children plan to study abroad, but I am afraid they cannot manage the culture shock. I am worried."

If any of these resonate with you or you just need someone to talk to about cultural adaptability, I can help you navigate the paths that align with your goals.

How I Can Assist You & My Background

Pathways with Cebi is your partner in navigating the complexities of cultural diversity. With over 20 years of experience working in Multinational Corporations, I provide valuable insights to those balancing multiple cultures or adapting to new countries or environments from first-hand experience.

I also have extensive experience in raising children in a multicultural family (Croat, Thai, American) . If your family has some similarity, I am pretty certain you understand the emotional roller coaster. The challenges could be immense. Been there, done that. I have some tips which I learned the hard way.

I moved to USA from Thailand many years ago by myself.  Figuring things out on my own in my 20s was not easy, but the experience has taught me how to thrive in any difficult situations.

I hold an MBA from Stevens Institute of Technology, Strategy Execution Certificate (Online Program) from Harvard Business School, Bachelor Degree in English Literature from Thammasat University in Bangkok Thailand,
