My name is Sunida and nice to meet you! Why I created Pathways with Cebi? Cebi stands for Connecting Excellence, Bridging Insights and I do all of these through "Embracing diverse Cultures".
My Why
Pathways With Cebi stems from the idea of helping Thai students and professionals in Thailand to learn about corporate America and American culture. Growing up in Thailand and moving to US alone have taught me how to thrive in uncertainty situations. However, I have to admit the journey was not easy. I want to share the shortcut on how to start, but not shortcut on how to build skills.
Furthermore, during my time in corporate America with 20+ years experiences in the healthcare industry, I have accumulated many insights from many great leaders. My first-hand professional experiences with them are priceless. My passion is to share those with my communities. Coupled with my two worlds; Thailand & US, I am able to foresee the cultural challenges personally and professionally. Why? "Been there and done that". There are many things I don't know, but I can tell you many things I learn which will save you a lot of time.

Throughout my career, every time I changed the team (internal move), people always said to me something like this. The corporate culture is hard to see, but people can feel it, and you're a big part of that, Sunida.

I started the community on X (formerly Twitter). I grew the audiences organically to million of views. I talk about culture shock, reverse culture shock, self-development, mindfulness, relationships in diverse cultural families as well as about professional journey.

Last but definitely not least, I love traveling to new places and getting to know new friends around the world.
